IMMEDIATE HELP

CONTACT GUIDES

ATEK offers several options for support.

I would like to introduce these below.

"THE Grief THAT DOES NOT SPEAK gnaws at the heart until it breaks."

William Shakespeare

WORRY TELEPHONE

The PTSD of our loved ones sometimes presents us with great challenges and sometimes it becomes an emotional emergency.

For these situations, the helpline is available to contact you as quickly as possible. But the number can also be dialed at any time if necessary.

Advice for children, young people and parents

Children and young people experience everyday life with the PTSD of parents, siblings, etc. differently than adults and dealing as a parent with the sometimes stressful family situation caused by PTSD also requires support. With Lena, children, young people and parents can contact us via the worry line or WhatsApp and share their worries and needs. She is available to us on a voluntary basis as a social worker, B.Sc. available and knows what it is like. She is the daughter of a combat veteran herself.

INDIVIDUAL CONVERSATIONS

Sometimes it's easier to talk face to face. If you don't yet dare to speak in a group, you have the opportunity to arrange an individual appointment with me online. Here we can talk in a safe space without obligation about what concerns you.

If you need long-term, close-knit support, our psychologist Sinja is available to help you on a voluntary basis. Register at any time using the contact form. I will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

ONLINE SELF HELP GROUP

Just listen and benefit from other people's experiences or really vent your anger. Both are possible in my online self-help group. We meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and talk about everyday life with our traumatized loved ones. Informal and in a protected environment. Be there and register!
